KWAP Call Centre Services Disruption on 29 September 2021

Kumpulan Wang Persaraan (Diperbadankan) [KWAP]’s Call Centre services are experiencing a technical disruption today. There may be longer call waiting time than useal during this period. For urgent matters, the public may contact us at mypesara@kwap.gov.my for any pension related matters.

We are currently rectifying the issue and will inform the public once KWAP’s Call Centre services are back to normal.
